Developer John Kline has appealed a judge’s decision to dismiss his personal bankruptcy petition. Kline’s attorney, Jerrold Wanek, filed notice of appeal Thursday of a decision by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Lee Jackwig with the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
